Emaar Al Khalil Hotel Makkah

The distance to Haram is only ten minutes walking. There is a small pantry between two rooms.

Location was good. Lots of restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.

Clean and calm

Location Staff Surrounding facilities Clean room

Alhamdu Lillah I was very satisfied with the hotel and the service. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Rayan AL-lahyani and the bellman Faisal Irshad. I stayed there for 26 days and everything went smoothly, the housekeeping was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's ok for some d

Excellent front desk staff

Close to haram with no hill climbs, good value for money, decent and helpful staff.

Reception, speed of procedures, and location

The location is very close to masjid al haram, and shops, restaurants and farmacies are available in abandant.

Location was good

The worst service ever I have in makka, Staff doesn’t know English at all, not at all attending, No shampoo, no hand soup,no towel either in the bathroom, Bugs are there , bad smell, I really won’t recommend this hotel, I just left the hotel in 4 hours Not worth it

Clean , location , room service

I dont know

Good location

It’s very close to the haram you can also pray with the haram next to the hotel

Concierge Firdaus or Fairuz is very helpful. Reception staff was fast checking in me.

Location is the main advantage—very close to the Haram and within walkable distance, on Ibrahim Al Khalil Street. Overall, it was a good stay for me. Early check-in was not available due to full occupancy, so plan accordingly; however, the hotel safely stores luggage for guests.

Its location and easy in check in

The staff are excellent and allow me to check in earlier and provide all the hospitality needed. Really the best place and exceptional time in the hotel

Fair for its price and in good location and Sara in the reception was amazingly helpful

Clean and very near to haram
